This unforgettable experience starts by visiting a local marketplace in Surquillo, where we are going to have a fruit tasting, endemic ones, we go to recognize all the products we use for our cooking class, then we go to a fish marketplace which is next to a local seaport, there we will see different types of fishes, crabs, seafood, sea birds, pelican, Inca tern, fishermen, and artisanal boats. Then we go to our restaurant where we are going to get ready to prepare our Pisco sour (cocktail), causa limeña (appetizer), and Ceviche (main course); we will prepare all of these with a bartender and a chef. Before we arrive at the restaurant we are going to stop at a viewpoint to see Lima´s Bay, the restaurant is on a hidden beach facing the Pacific Ocean by the way.
